Anti-Climb Fence
358 Fence, also called Anti-Climb Fence or Anti-Cut Fence is a high security fence with excellent see through capability. "358" refers to 3" × 0.5" opening size and 8 gauge wire diameter, which equates to 76.2 mm × 12.7 mm opening size and 4 mm wire diameter.
With spacing specification of 76.2mm x 12.7mm, it is impossible for fingers and toes to go through it. Hence it prevents anyone from climbing over the fence to reach the protected area.
With wire thickness of 4mm and spacing of 76.2mm x 12.7mm intruders can never cut off the fence with simple hand tools, hence the name Anti-Cut Fence.
Excellent see through feature makes Anti-Climb Fence ideal to use in commercial, residential, government and industrial properties where you can enjoy both, ultimate security with visibility.
Hot Dipped Galvanization/Electro-Galvanization + Powder Coating on the surface of the fence ensure superior corrosion protection even in extreme weather conditions.
FEATURES:
Anti-climb | small openings, no toe or finger holds. |
---|---|
Anti-cut | robust wire and welded joints make cutting very difficult. |
Better visibility | flat, two-dimensional profile, easier to see through than chain link |
Protection | hot-dipped galvanization/Electro-galvanization + Powder coating for superior corrosion protection. |
SPECIFICATIONS:
Wire diameter | : 4mm |
---|---|
Mesh size | robust wire and welded joints make cutting very difficult. |
Surface treatment is hot dipped galvanized/ electro-galvanized + powder coated (all colors in RAL) |

SURFACE FINISH
1. HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of dipping fabricated steel in a bath of molten zinc to form a tightly-bonded alloy coating that provides superior corrosion protection to steel.
More cost effective for long term
Long service life
Low maintenance
Corrosion resistant - a protective coat of armor
Less inspection required on job sites
Self healing (scratches and cuts in coating)
SURFACE FINISH
Electric galvanizing takes place before manufacture the product. This generally results in a better appearance.
Powder coating is a dry finishing method in which electrically charged particles of pigmented resins are sprayed onto a product, makes the product become colorful.
We can do powder coated based on RAL color card.
PROCESSING
1. EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR RAW MATERIAL
Low carbon content (<0.2%): |
Good plastic deformation and weld ability, and without welded bead |
P( phosphorus) and S (sulfur) content |
Both less than 0.05% which also ensure better plastic deformation and weld ability |
Deoxidation technology |
Killed steel which ensures no crack and hardening happen |
Galvanized per sqm |
No less than 120g |
2. ADVANCED SURFACE TREATMENT
Hot-dip galvanized |
Thick galvanized layer and strong adhesion |
Zinc phosphate |
Improves resistance to corrosion, also, enhance the adhension between metal surface and coating. |
Passivation treatment |
Strengthen rust-proof ability through change charge-site of the metal surface. |
Polyester powder coating |
Applying Akzonobel brand, famous brand in the world |
3. PROGRESSING ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING FOR POWDER COATED
Definition of Electrostatic spraying |
To make atomizing paint particulate carry a negative charge under direct current high voltage electric field. In the electrostatic field, the paint particulate is attracted to metal surface which is with positive charge. Then a uniform fast paint film is formed |
Its advantage |
Higher productive efficiency, better finish and adhesion |
